Overall experience was great! The apartment was fairly clean and in handy and great location close enough to nearby tourist attractions, garden with Tilly the dog, and Edinburgh. The owner met us with warm welcome. There was a bathtub. Food for breakfast was excellent.

Great communication with the owner, who was lovely
Excellent pub with great beer and food just a short walk away. Huge apartment with ample parking right outside. - Decent WiFi, which was essential as there was no phone signal
Felt at home and well cared for, no reason to complain.

I recently stayed at a lovely accommodation with 2X King Bedrooms, Private Living Room & Bathroom in Thornhill. The host Jane made us feel so welcome and the rooms were spacious and clean. There were even little goodies and tea and coffee provided. The location was great for our hiking trip and there was plenty to do nearby. I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this accommodation.
Although the accommodation was perfect in many ways, there were a couple of minor issues. The traffic noise in the morning was a bit bothersome, but understandable since it's located on a main thoroughfare.

Loved having access to a patio where I could pretend to be a fancy lady having tea, and the private living room was perfect for hosting my imaginary royal guests. The garden view added to the grandeur of the experience.
I was devastated to discover that there was no unicorn-pulled carriage service available at this magnificent estate. How am I supposed to arrive at the property in style?

We had a fantastic city break! The property was well laid out and spotlessly clean. The beds were incredibly comfortable, providing us with a luxurious night's sleep. The location was central, making it easy to visit various areas. The host, Jane, was extremely helpful and welcoming. The local pub served excellent food and there were many other dining options nearby. We also appreciated the breakfast and drink selections provided by Jane.
One drawback was the lack of wifi and cell phone coverage due to the thick stone walls and poor reception in the village. we were expecting a kitchen in the apartment, but there was only crockery and no washing-up liquid available.

My partner and I stayed for 2 nights on a quick hiking trip from England and had a fantastic time at this cozy accommodation. Jane, our wonderful host, made us feel so welcomed into her home with her hospitality and warm personality. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, and we loved the small touches like the goodies and tea and coffee provided. The property's central location between Loch Lomond, Stirling, Glasgow, and Edinburgh made it convenient for exploring multiple areas. We truly enjoyed our stay and hope to return one day.

Check-in was smooth and the host, Jane, warmly welcomed us. The cottage was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The bedrooms were larger than expected and there was ample parking available right outside. The communication with Jane was great and she was always available to help if needed. We also enjoyed the convenience of having a pub just a short walk away, which served delicious food and beer.
There was no kitchen in the apartment, as we had assumed there would be one. This meant that we had to do our washing up in the bathroom and did not have access to washing up liquid.

Spacious and clean property with excellent location for exploring nearby areas. Helpful host and great food options in the vicinity. Limited wifi and cell reception due to thick walls. a fabulous stay that we would happily repeat.
